Mediterrean Pincho

Equipment needed for Mediterranean Pinchos (serves 4)

Immersion blender, oven pre-heated to 180° C.

- 8 thin curls of  - 10 sun-dried tomatoes - pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 baguette - 30 gr Belprado cheese - 20 gr rucola
- 2 dl olive oil - 8 slices of dried ham
- 1 clove of garlic - 6 basil leaves



Add the sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, basil, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil to a bowl and blend with the immersion blender into a tapenade. Cut the baguette into slices.
Spread the tomato tapenade on the bread. Arrange the thinly-sliced dried ham and BELPRADO cheese curls on top of the tapenade and place this in the oven at 180° C for 5 minutes. Serve the pinchos on small plates with some rucola. Enjoy!
